Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Modified Release Tablets 60mg


Trimetathyst MR 60 is an anti-anginal medicine used for treating Ischaemic heart disease (angina pectoris, sequelae of myocardial infarction).



COMPOSITION

Each film coated modified release tablet contains:

Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride BP …….60 mg

Excipients……………... q.s


Method of administration: Oral


DOSAGE

One tablet once a day (early morning or at bedtime) or as directed by the physician.

SIDE EFFECT

Gastric discomfort

Nausea

Headache and Vertigo






PRECAUTION

Impaired Renal and Hepatic function: Appropriate dosage reduction may be done in patients with impaired renal and hepatic function.
