Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Modified Release Tablets 35mg

Trimetathyst MR 35 is an anti-anginal medicine used for treating Ischaemic heart disease (angina pectoris, sequelae of myocardial infarction).



COMPOSITION

Each film coated modified release tablet contains:

Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride BP …….35 mg

Excipients……………... q.s


Method of administration: Oral


DOSAGE

One tablet of 35mg of trimetazidine twice daily during meals or as directed by the physician.

SIDE EFFECT

Gastric discomfort

Nausea

Headache and Vertigo






PRECAUTION

Impaired Renal and Hepatic function: Appropriate dosage reduction may be done in patients with impaired renal and hepatic function.
